I would sure like to see more customization options for reports
-add different data

| Would like to see Predictive Scheduling of PMs and WOs. If technician availability is current, would like to have report that shows technician available hours vs PMs/WOs due. Would help schedule word load, vacations, and justify manpower increases.

I would really like to see the added feature of NOT being able to enter duplicate records, such as Equipment and Employee numbers. It would really help stop a lot of headaches when you have multiple users entering data.

| I would like to have the ability to remove multiple listings from Maintenance Request menus, ie: Location, Failure code, Reason Code. Once these items have been entered it is nearly impossible to remove them.

Tim,
You can set the the field security for user groups to have "Read Only" access. Right click on the menu and click on "Edit Field Security" in the menu. In that same pop up menu you can select "Edit Drop Down List" to create and edit your lists.

I would like to see an employee availablity in hours to help load balance PMs and WOs.
i.e.:
Sun Mon Tue Wed Thur Fri Sat

Hello all,
One enhancement I would like to suggest is being able to assign in greater detail to automaitcally dictate work order importance.
Assign an in importance factor to the asset 1-8. How important is it to operations/production?
Assign a factor at the work request menu 1-8.
4 - Normal importantance
6 - Elevated importance
8 - Safety/Environamental
Auto sum the two values together to dictate work order priority. Thoughts?

I've never had any issues with removing multiples from these areas. I use the list view to find the ones that I would like to remove and change them to the ones that I want to retain and then use the Edit List values to remove them.
