My title is Work Order Specialist for St. Mary's County Public Schools in southern Maryland and I am excited to be a part of this new adventure. I've been working with Mpulse for the past three years and it has been an interesting learning experience for me in many ways. We support 28 facilities and 52 InfoNet users and maintain approximately 700 open work orders at any given time. Last year we changed over to the hosted program which has greatly improved the functionality of the system. I hope that it has been as positive an experience for everyone as it has been for me.

Good afternoon. I'm Tim Haizlip, the director of Maintenance for Capital City Airport in Lansing MI. We are probably not as big as most users of MPULSE but it has become a great tool for me to schedule work and capture information in just a few clicks of the mouse. We ahve used the system for a little over two years and I continue to learn more about it's capabilities every day. I hope all find it as useful as we do.

Randy,

I'm glad to see this space open for business!  I look forward to seeing the interaction of our MPulse Power Users - and the less powerful - and the exchange of ideas.  Hopefully everyone will pick up some new tricks and best practices with MPulse and with maintenance management life in general!

My name is Patricia Robertson, I am the Plant Operations Coordinator at Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri. We have our main hospital, the East Wing, North Addition, new Medical Office Building and fifteen offsite properties housing clinics and offices. Plant Operations is responsible for preventative maintenance on building, grounds and all non-medical equipment including a fleet of vehicles. During the last six and half years it has been a privilege to work with MPulse to keep track of everything. Our original purchase of the program was for PM use only. As we grew, so did MPulse and they have been most gracious on incorporating ideas from clients into the updates and new versions to make each of our lives (the users) much easier. We now are tracking PM's, general work orders, offsite properties, vehicles and even locks and keys. The InfoNet system is setup for all 1400 plus employees to enter request and we are happy to report, they are not shy about using it. Just that feature alone has saved me hundreds of hours away from the telephone! MPulse is what I work with, each and every day. It is the first program pulled up in the morning and the last to shut down at night.
For that reason I am so very grateful for this Community Portal. There are always new ideas or techniques that I'm sure we will find to help each other with. As great as MPulse Tech Support is (and I mean that with utmost sincerity) I have always found that other users seem to find that special twist or tweak to make things just fit right. It will be wonderful to finally be able to share our knowledge, as users, with each other.

My name is Tim Bartlett, Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, Gilford School District, Gilford, NH 03249. We have been an mPulse system user since 2003. We maintain four facilities housing grades K-12 at three locations. Our physical plant square footages run around 350,000 maintained by a staff of eighteen. We also maintain 95 acres of playing fields, lawns and parking lots.
mPulse has been extemely helpful in tracking maintenance costs and scheduling Preventative Maintenance. The Infonet section has given all of our faculty, staff and administrators a new appreciation for what our department does.
