I have a requestor who only receives the automated response for submitted W/R's and W/R converts to W/O and not for completed but not closed W/O. All other requestors receive all the appropriate responses. I have check the company spam filter and her local spam and junk mail filters and they are not stopping MPulse mail. Does anyone have any other ideas to try? MPulse ver 6.6

Would deleting and recreating the user account in MPulse change anything?

Update. . . I deleted and recreated the account. This had no effect. However, while going through the process I discovered that no one is receiving the completed email notification. My requestors are receiving the request received, request converted to a work order, and work order closed notification. I want them to receive the work order completed not the work order closed notification. It just won't work!

More news from the front. . . after getting around the plant again I discovered no one is receiving the work completed notification even though the check box for this feature is enabled. For a quick fix I enabled the work order closed notification and they are receiving it ok. I would really like to resolve this issue without a service ticket. Come on now I see people reading the posts but no one is commenting.

This issue has been resolved. I am not sure what fixed it. Thanks Paul for your time.
