Dear Hosted MPulse Customers,

We have been receiving reports from some of our hosted customers regarding connection problems with the MPulse hosted application. We are troubleshooting this problem with our hosting service provider (NeoSpire) and anticipate having the issue resolved soon.

Dear Hosted MPulse Customer,

The connection problems being reported earlier yesterday have been resolved by our hosting provider.  The issue was tracked back to a faulty setting in a device providing load balancing to the MPulse server farm.  The repair applied should resolve issues with errors "HTTP 404" and "NT AUTHORITY/NETWORK SERVICE" or where an incorrect web site was displayed.
