All,
For those who are unfamiliar with the issue, I had a user whose display of the forms was hosed. He could only view the upper three quarters of the form and was unable to access the lower section. Mainly the buttons that control the movement from one form to another and the list view. As you can imagine this made navigation nearly impossible.
I found or I should say recreated the problem. It has to do with the font settings within the display. I located the settings by right clicking on the desktop and going to properties. Form there go to the appearance tab. The three drop down boxes should contain selection inherit to the OS, not some third party effects and not larger font. I believe it was the font size selection that was the problem. By creating a larger font it resized or tried to resize, the window. When it did, you only could view the top of the form. In addition, it created no scroll bars to navigate.
The fix was easy. We reset the appearance to Windows XP style, any color, and normal font size.
Hope this helps,
Infinite diversity in infinite combinations (IDIC)
